CLC Foundation, Inc. (CLCF) is a 501(c)3 charitable organization first established in 1992 with the purpose of enhancing quality of life for the disabled.<\/p>\n

CLCF began as a fundraising and development foundation to benefit Community Living Corporation, Inc. (CLC).  CLC is an OPWDD certified program provider servicing individuals with disabilities.  Over time, CLCF\u2019s mission quickly expanded to include programs and services for the greater disabled community. <\/p>\n

Community Living Corporation Pooled Trust \u2013 In 1996, CLCF became one of the first Non-Profit organization in New York State to establish a Pooled Supplemental Needs Trust with the help of CLC.  Initially, the CLC Pooled Trust provided Supplemental Needs Trust accounts for the residents of CLC.  As demand for Pooled Trusts grew, the CLC Pooled Trust was opened up to the general public.<\/p>\n

Hidden Treasures \u2013 In 1997, CLCF founded the Hidden Treasures program.  Hidden Treasures provides instruction in studio and performing arts.  The program was designed to foster creativity and self-expression for disabled adults in our community.  Today, hundreds of students participate in this educational workshop.<\/p>\n

Winslow \u2013 In 2013, CLCF merged with the Winslow Therapeutic Riding Center.  Winslow was originally founded in 1974.  Winslow provides equine supported programming including physical therapy, mental health counseling, day habilitation as well as riding lessons and educational experiences.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Theresa Foundation Pooled Trust \u2013 In 2024, CLCF partnered with Theresa Foundation with the mission of supporting programs focusing on art, music, dance, drama, and recreation.  The Theresa Foundation Pooled Trust aides people with disabilities to access government benefits while supporting the charitable work of the Theresa Foundation.<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
