Board of Directors

The CLC Group’s Board of Directors is responsible for the Strategy / Strategic Direction, General Affairs and overall Governance of the various Affiliates and elements of the organization. Some parts of the Group are individual Legal Vehicles, while others are Lines of Business, but all fall under the purview of the CLC Group Board of Directors and as such, the Passive Parent of the Affiliates. The Affiliates are member organizations of which The CLC Group Services Inc is the sole Member.

This Management structure allows for the focus to be fully on the Clients we serve, by being able to use the wide base of services to be available from the various parts of the organization for the best outcome of the client. We are continuously engaging with other organizations with similar philosophy to partner with, with the continuous focus on what is best for the Clients. In this Social Service Field, we are all partners, with the sole focus of helping those with special needs.
